I was late on a payment Because I had to work an extra shift and called told the manager I would be making it that Friday. They called my landlord asking how they can get in my home to retrieve their products while I was gone at work. I immediately returned their stuff and switched to the Durant location. They were very helpful had my items delivered the same day without any money upfront. Set my payments for the day that worked best for me. Megan and Bryan I believe was their names a very big thank you for being helpful in surprising my husband and working with me. I will definitely continue my business with you for now on.

It has very large Staples sticking out of the arms and a very large piece of metal sticking out of the back of it and has destroyed my wall. And no why to get my deposit back when I do move out. Not only that my children has gotten cut by the Staples. I have called many times to tell them about the couches and they didn't do anything about it untill the 10th time I complained... So we have decided to go somewhere else for my living room set. We called them and asked for them to come and pick up the set we got from them because if we are going to rent the set for a large amount we don't want something that is falling apart and we will not make any more payments. So they said they would pick it up . Well they never did two weeks go by, I call them again they said they would pick it up and that they have no record of us calling. They have said this multiple times that we have called it's has been a month and a half and we have called every week. This last time they tried to say that we wanted to keep it and that they have no record of us calling to have it picked up. Well they said they would pick it up this Wednesday. We'll see if they do or not. If you want something worth paying for don't go to Arron's go to rent first.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
