When we did get someone they were only interested in doing what was nessaccey. We needed a flooring sample he didn't offer to order us one ... which another store did for us.

They say we changed our policy and we have little tiny signs but nowhere you can see them when you buy it! The assistance manager is in a power trip and extremely rude!!!!! Horrible customer service!!!! So we bought it last weekend, opened it up today to use it and it is defective. Can’t return it because it has been over 48 hours. I will never buy from Lowe’s again!!! Won’t let be exchange it or anything! Lowe’s in Claremore OK!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
