    Bought a brand new LG washer/dryer combo from Lowe’s in Claremore Oklahoma which they raved on being the best and would be perfect for our family of 4 and all we would have to do is put the load in and start it and walk away but we have had nothing but trouble with it since day one with no one at the Claremore store helping us so we contacted LG themselves they sent someone out and they said they have no idea why they would sell it like that cuz it in fact is not meant for a family of 4 is is meant for a single person that doesn’t do but one maybe two loads a week!… long story short they don’t know their products like they say and they just wanna make a sell and that is it and now we are stuck with a washer/dryer combo that doesn’t work at all for our family and will not work for our family! Very disappointing in the team at Lowe’s in Claremore Oklahoma definitely won’t buy or would not recommend buying from them!

    I went in to find some mistletoe for this season. Couldn't find any, so I asked a customer service representative for help . She looked it up and found out what Isle it was in. I would never have found it where it was. Sometimes you just have to ask.

    The sheet saw has been down for a week because we were told the employees are cutting treated wood with it. We drove over 40 miles to get a piece of plywood but needed it cut down to fit in our vehicle. We tried talking to Mark at the Pro desk who had zero solutions or empathy for our problem. Next time we will just go to Home Depot or another place.

    Had a can of paint mixed on 12-5-25 at 6:30p. The kid working the counter mixed it with the wrong base and did not print a color label for the top of the can. Unfortunately, I didn’t know this until the following a day after I already spent hours painting. I went back to Lowe’s to purchase a second can of the same color, only to find out that the color was mixed wrong and the color I was given last night was not only NOT the color I requested but also a ‘mystery color’ and the only way to try to get a matching color is to drive back home, retrieve the first can of paint and bring it back for the paint clerk to try to color match whatever color the kid last night mixed up. At $50 a can, plus the supplies (rollers, brushes, tape) and the time spent applying the paint and the additional gas and travel time I am extremely disappointed in Lowe’s. I’m going to pay a little more and shop at Ace where the service is much not only kind and courteous, but the staff exhibit great attention to detail and go above and beyond to help. EDIT to Add: The lady who was working 12-6-25 around 11:30a was equally unhelpful. She showed no remorse or care that a completely random color was mixed and offered no compensation for the situation given that she sent us back to get the original can of paint and could clearly see the color label was never printed and put in the lid of the can and the wrong base was clearly used to mixed the paint. She just “matched” it the “best she could” and sent us packing. GREAT experience!
