I am heartbroken. Yesterday, while shopping with my husband, the young employees helping us were making fun of another customer nearby. He was elderly and polite, but a slow shopper. The employee helping him seemed patient and polite, answering his questions, but the ones with us kept laughing at him behind his back (only 10 ft away!), saying he was making her late for her break. My heart broke. Do they like being made fun of? One day they will be old and want patient help at a store. Sometimes I’m a slow shopper or need to ask questions. Will they treat me the same? Then after a few minutes of assistance, they told me they wouldn’t help me find the item I want to buy, because they’d have to look for it in a book. So, even though they’re being paid to help customers, they literally told me to google it instead. They weren’t even busy. There were no other customers around and the store was empty. Perhaps I can see why. There are so many respectful ways this could have been handled. I have a lot of compassion, but this should be taken seriously by management.

I have been fighting this since summer. Lowes fleet truck damaged my and my neighbors yard. I have been passed around, lied to and ignored. I want them to come out and fix what they did and they won't take responsibility. Not even a delivery for us. They think this will go away if they ignore me. We do not shop there anymore and I think they are a despicable company. What kind of CEO and other forms of top management do they have that they don't care what happens with the lack of care that their employees inflict on others.
So I called like I was told to. Same BS. We will escalate this blah blah. They damaged my property and neighbors property and they don't care. What kind of people run this place. I have heard nothing. Sorry place. Lowes deserves a 0

About a month ago, we needed a price check on a piece of paneling. No Lowe's employees were around. We eventually found a female employee walking in one of the aisles. She appeared bothered and reluctant to assist but said she would price check on the item. She walked away "to check". Waited 15 minutes and she never came back so we left. Otherwise it's convenient to shop because the biggest competitor, Home Depot is a bit farther out. Going to start taking note of employee names to report their poor performance on delivering customer service.
