1 HOUR WAITING TODAY FOR THEM TO STOCK THE SHELVES!!! Why can they never have ANYTHING in the lumber section stocked for weekdays? I have spent well over 3 hours in the last few weeks standing in the lumber section waiting on them to get stuff from the back. Every location is like this. Management needs to be fired and replaced. The quality of service, and the quality of materials has gone downhill fast... but they keep raising the prices.

Wow just wow. Dont think store will care but people should know i went in to buy 2 4x8 drywall and there was no carts to use many were full in isles but noone around them so I asked the older man at the loading dock register if could get some help loading 2 pices to buy he walked off. Looked around went out side then came back in and said. Noone will help you carry them! I was shocked and left. Went to home depot they helped but anyway I called the store to let manager know got a call center and I asked him do they help customers anymore and he said "no" I asked when did they stop he refused to awnser and then lied and then lied more and then said I lied it was all recorded so I hung up call the store got. Front desk she could help or didnt want to so sent me to a manager. I heard them pic up and never said a word then hung up! Wow. I called back got call center bearly could understand him but asked for a manager he refused ! So i hung up again They lost my biz and hope yall dont get treated the same way but seams to be a manager issue as employees follow leadership if they dont care to help employees dont care to help! Lowes need to be like home depot and do customer service but that's there call I guess just thought yall should know. Good luck or go to another store or homedepot!

Lowe at this location not the same of 10,25 years ago,the products got more variety for sure ,but the people in stores now way different, I have been go to this store for long times , I had purchased from Lowe at this location for windows replacement and laminated flooring installed in my house also kitchen cabinets upgrade ,I have purchased materials from this store to build my 8'×8' shed ,a patio and now building another patio purchased materials from A to Z ,this morning 4/21/26 I came to get some shingles ,I have used up my roll of shingles underlayment I only need a small portion 2' × 3' , I was asking people if I can by a small piece like that but no one help, some say don't know ,and the guy on the folk lift simply told me to get another roll! then I tried to get 4 bundle of shingles underneath the shelf, there were 3 guys standing there but none offered help , I struggled to get them out managed to load them on the cart take to my truck but my back got really hurt when I got home it's hurt bad I couldn't continue on my patio project , I don't blame that on anyone but in general should the store people assisting customer ? I sure the store camera sure have recorded the scene I'm struggling trying to move heavy load , store

I wear black clothes and have a lot of tattoos and don't think it's necessary to be surrounded by employees at the self-checkout when checking out because of my appearance. Upon leaving, I was taken back at how many employees showed up just standing around doing nothing (except of course to stare me down). It was quite apparent what was going on. I'm not sure if it's a Lowes ideology or if there were just several employees who assumed I was going to walk out with a bunch of plants without paying. I work at a local practice in town and assure you, I never treat people this way. My family will not be coming back to this location.

I’m not sure how else to get this to the correct person or team. We ordered a refrigerator and are having it delivered. We picked today, the only day I had available for the 12 hour window they might deliver in. We did get an email last night making the window smaller, which didn’t really matter as I blocked the whole day off because we only get notified the night before. They delivered today and through no fault on the delivery guys, the fridge was damaged when they unboxed it. I sent it back and asked if we could pick a certain day and a four hour window, like all morning, or all afternoon. After all, that’s literally what they give you at 6pm the night before. We have appointments already scheduled in the afternoon one day and other appointments already scheduled in the morning another day. We offered multiple options and explained we don’t have another 12 hour window available for a while and can’t understand who would. When explaining this and asking what to do, the scheduler said she understood but if another window is missed, we can get a refund. We didn’t miss today’s window. We got a damaged product to begin with and have appointments already made over the next few weeks. How is expecting people to have 12 hours on weekday ok? Yes, you email after 6pm the night before to shorten the window, but how does that help if an appointment is already in that time slot? 4 hours is understandable, but 12 hours is honestly the best that can be done?

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
