He was so kind & professional that when another unit was needed at a later date .. I never considered any other options. This storage facility is newer .. climate controlled and extremely convenient. They offer transport tools to help with move in / out . Amazing auto door for larger furniture ~ this place for me was a WIN 🏆

There is a provision in the rental agreement that allows them to change your rental rate with 30 days notice and if you continue using the space after that notice was provided, they can charge you whatever they want. In our case, rent went from $77 per month to $168. When we called to find out why, apparently their tactic is to provide notice by sending you a flyer that looks like junk mail which you are likely to ignore and throw away. That must be exactly what we did not realizing what it was because neither of us remember getting any notice of an increase. If you allow them to charge your credit card automatically, you may not even notice the increase. Luckily we did and cancelled the agreement.
