Everything seemed great for the first 3 months—no issues with access, or service. Just Dirty Hallway somertimes. However, after just 3-4 months, my rate was suddenly increased to $180/month—a more than doubling with no prior warning or discussion when I signed up. The lease may mention rates can change, but nothing was communicated about potential significant hikes so soon, and the promotional rate made it feel locked in. This seems like a classic bait-and-switch tactic: attract customers with low introductory prices, then raise them sharply once committed. Unfortunately, the jump is unaffordable for me now, so I'll have to move everything out soon, which is inconvenient and costly. The facility itself is fine, but this pricing practice is disappointing and feels unfair to long-term renters. . Manager of the Company—please reach out if there's any way to adjust this back to a reasonable rate or offer a credit to make staying viable. I'd prefer not to leave over this. But u have no choice. I'll update my review if anything changes.
