Steven went above and beyond by calling and introducing himself to me when I first rented the unit. Also, Steven explained how to access my unit, during and after business hours, and asked if I had any questions about the property. Moreover, Steven explained and assisted with my move-out process, which was very helpful. I absolutely recommend this location for your storing needs!!!

- MWMickaela WalenciakJan 24, 20263.0While the signup and storage process itself has been smooth, I've held out giving the dazzling review they desperately beg you for upon signup to see how quickly they increased my rates. The answer is apparently only 3 months. Went to pay my February rent a little early (like a good renter) and noticed that immediately it showed my total for next month being $30 higher and I've yet to receive any notice about this. While I understand they TECHNICALLY have 30 days to notify me of increases, I find it pretty crummy to automatically have the rate raise programmed into the website/my account but instead of being forthcoming about that fact they are waiting until they legally have to let me know. This was my hesitance about getting storage in general and I'll be calculating how much more I can afford before I take my stuff back out and save my money figuring something else out.
