  I wish I could give more than a 5 star review, I can’t say enough good things about the owner of this company & their employees every time I have had any question at all about things for our pool or Hot tub Dean ( the Owner) has been more than happy to take the time to explain to me & has never made me feel stupid about my questions I know people don’t think that in the winter time is a good time to start researching before you go with a pool company but not true the winter is 1 of the best times to research what your wanting for your pool or hot tub needs & this the perfect time to reach out to the company’s & ask as many questions that you have I know that for years we have been extremely happy with CC’s pools & wouldn’t change 1 thing about our pool service! Thank you again for always giving my family & I a beautiful clean pool & hot tub to enjoy all year around!

  Absolutely ridiculous experience with C C's Pool & Spa Services. They came to my house, spent maybe 20 minutes answering a few basic questions about pool care, and then charged me $240 — without ever telling me upfront what it would cost. No service performed, no repairs, nothing — just a short conversation. I would have never agreed to pay that kind of money just to be talked at if I had known beforehand. Completely unprofessional to hide the pricing until after the fact. These guys are not transparent, overpriced, and take advantage of customers. If you value your time and money, stay away and look elsewhere. Beware — don’t make the same mistake I did!

  First visit from CC's today and so far very satisfied. Justice was prompt, polite, well spoken and seemed quite knowledgeable, answering all my questions with confidence. Looking forward to working with him going forward. David Forrester

  Worse company to ever hire for pool service or repairs. The own is very unprofessional an his wife was rude. They only do jobs half way an use used parts an charge customers full price x3 percent mark up. I most definitely would not recommend this company. Save your money
