Ordered a refrigerator. We were given a deliver window of Sunday afternoon. The time kept getting pushed back and pushed back until it was after 9 pm. No one ever showed up, called or otherwise communicated. We speak to customer service on Monday, who told us the order has been marked as us not ready to receive it. News to us, since this was the first time since ordering it that we ever actually spoke to anyone. We get another delivery time for Tuesday, with them telling us that we would have priority. We get aessage saying that we would be 13th in line for delivery on Tuesday, with a deliver window of 3 pm on, which is a really strange way to prioritize a delivery. Fine, whatever. They get here and the fridge is damaged, so we'll be going through the whole process a third time.
We will never order another appliance from Lowe's. If the third delivery time isn't a charm, we'll be cancelling the order completely.

Horrible experience. Went to buy a stove and I believe Bobby was his name that helped. He had a snobby attitude and when I asked if he had the one I wanted in-stock he was like I don't know the only way I know if if I manly scan every one then starts scanning ones I was not even interested in or even looked at. He said I had to have it delivered and I must buy accessories or they will not deliver i asked if I can just pick up he said no. They wanted $40 for delivery. I told him I needed one today and didn't want to pay a delivery fee and will check the other lows that was 5 miles away he very rudely said no other store has any and your going to spend $40 just in gas. I don't know what he drives but it does not cost me $40 in gas to go 5 miles. I ended up going to the orange box and they were supper nice and friendly they even offered FREE delivery and I did not have to buy accessories.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
