We have plenty of money in each account it’s so unprofessional instead of asking for his information, you just jump straight to conclusions and assume the worst but I’m sure if it was a whole different person. It would’ve been a whole different type of communication, clearly, the employees need more training on how to talk to their customers very unprofessional and so disrespectful

Hooked them up and well the washer vibrated so bad you couldn't use it and the dryer never got hot after hours of trying. Had them pick the units back up and am waiting for my refund so I can go elsewhere to get my washer and dryer set. This had been a huge inconvenience as now I am without a washer and dryer for 2 weeks having to go to the laundry mat all because they can't release my money instantly but when purchasing it damn sure took out of my account instantly. This is bullshit I will not by anything through y'all

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
