- CAChris Atkins5 days ago1.0I went to the Bartlesville Lowe’s this morning to see if I could order a marble tile that was marked on clearance. I went to the Pro counter and at first the interaction was professional. The associate explained the item was on clearance and might not be able to be ordered and said she would check. When I mentioned that it also wouldn’t let me order it online, her attitude immediately changed. She flipped her monitor around and spoke to me in a rude, annoyed, and hostile tone, as if I was wasting her time. Even as I decided to walk away, she continued to act hostile, and her “sorry about that” came across as forced and sarcastic rather than sincere. There was no reason for the behavior. I left and went to Home Depot instead. As a veteran and a customer who spends a significant amount of money at Lowe’s, this experience was very disappointing and unacceptable.

Just kept saying it had to be used with a Lowe’s credit card when in fact I know that is wrong. When she couldn’t find it in the fine print she started acting childish and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Finally said she refuses to manually add the discount. Where to they find these useless managers these days. My dad who is a senior citizen and veteran was also treated very poorly by the appliance department. So I won’t tbe shoping at this Lowe’s anymore.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
