It was filthy, most machines were out of service. My mother and I found some machines and loaded them. We were about to start them when the employee (no hate just have no clue they were man or woman) started yelling at us for, "slamming the machines." My mother apologized even though there was zero slamming on our parts. Metal door touching metal machine makes a slight noise, sorry... when they the proceeded to say we slammed them 10 times and that we are liable for broken machines and continued to be a nasty human in general. I've never received this poor of service a any type of establishment I've ever been in. We unloaded and left.
