    I absolutely love the feature of being able to save my keys and duplicate them later. I was able to use that feature yesterday but had to go through extra steps because the machine credit card payment was out of order. I was pleasantly surprised that I was still able to make keys, paying with cash. It took longer because I had to leave the store to get cash, but at least I was able to. The reason I took off a star is because the machine has been out of order several times in the past year. (At Lowe's, who has nothing to do with it) Our town has another kiosk at Wal-Mart but I couldn't use it to make my stored house key. I wish they were all as good and as full-service as the one at Lowe's. I just wish they were serviced more regularly, or at least as quickly as they need to be. It's frustrating to not be able to count on it when I need it.

    We made 3 keys at one of the key kiosk at Lowes. The entire process was very fast and when we went to try all 3 keys later that day, they were a perfect fit! They also have some pretty neat looking keys. Will use again! Much faster than when we've had to deal with people making them and surprisingly more pleasant too lol.
