    Lowe’s is my go-to store, but navigating the garden section for frost protection blankets was a bit of a challenge. Although the app listed a specific location, the product wasn't where it was supposed to be. After searching on and off for over a week, I assumed the stock just hadn't been moved to the floor yet. I was very fortunate to run into Mason; he greeted me warmly and took the time to help. Even though he initially saw the same incorrect location in the system, he didn't give up until we found it. I’m so thankful for his help!

    This was a nice home improvement store experience for a change. I was able to find someone to help me relatively quickly, and they seem to be happy about it. Even though they were busy and the lines were pretty stacked up at the registers they move folks through efficiently, and the cashiers were very pleasant and helpful.

    I’ve always loved shopping at Lowe’s, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Tonight, I called ahead out of courtesy to ask whether paint could be mixed about an hour before closing. I completely understood the policy about paint needing to be purchased before mixing, and I appreciated that the store said they were willing to help. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill due to the behavior of an employee named Don, who mixes paint. She was very rude on the phone and continued to be rude once we arrived at the store. She placed our paint on a smaller counter that we weren’t even standing at, didn’t communicate with us at all, and her overall attitude made us feel unwelcome. We didn’t expect special treatment—just basic courtesy. The bright part of the evening was another employee, Julie. When we asked where the paint had gone, she immediately stepped in, found it for us, and sincerely apologized for an inconvenience that had nothing to do with her. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly turned the situation around and prevented the night from being completely spoiled. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Employees like Julie are a huge asset, and I hope the concerns about customer service are addressed so future experiences reflect the positive reputation Lowe’s usually has. Thank you, Julie, for making things better.
