    No staff to offer help. Had to go out to parking lot to get a cart for lumber. Than when loading the cart we needed help and worker stood there about 20' away and just watched. He finally decided to help but not happy about having to. Three staff standing together just visiting while customers need help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sad thing is when you pay at the register they are quick to help. Guess getting the payment is more important than helping customers shopping

    The associate, Karen, was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were checking out and she walked up to the associate assisting us and loudly asked if the associate noticed we had steel rods under our mulch. We had already assisted the associate with scanning everything on our cart. Our transaction wasn’t even finished. She could have looked at the screen to ensure the rods were scanned instead of loudly accusing us of stealing. It was embarrassing and demeaning

    It's sad that you call the store and try to talk to a human being, not an AI computer and NO ONE ANSWERS!!! At one point it rang for over 10 minutes!!😡

    Update, after hours on the phone I finally got ahold of someone that cared and wanted to help me! Shout out to manager Sam!!! Worst experience I have had in any store, the lady at the pro desk was completely rude, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone and she just decided to hang up on me, I was completely misinformed on policy for making a purchase with my Lowe’s card, between talking to the Ardmore store and customer service I was on the phone for over 3 hours to get this resolved and it was all because the lady at the desk didn’t know what she was talking about, seriously considering getting rid of my Lowe’s card
