Than when loading the cart we needed help and worker stood there about 20' away and just watched. He finally decided to help but not happy about having to. Three staff standing together just visiting while customers need help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sad thing is when you pay at the register they are quick to help. Guess getting the payment is more important than helping customers shopping

Worst experience I have had in any store, the lady at the pro desk was completely rude, it was nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone and she just decided to hang up on me, I was completely misinformed on policy for making a purchase with my Lowe’s card, between talking to the Ardmore store and customer service I was on the phone for over 3 hours to get this resolved and it was all because the lady at the desk didn’t know what she was talking about, seriously considering getting rid of my Lowe’s card
