The cost for house keys is outlandish and then for a price users have the option to "upgrade" to have the shavings, debris, and smooth your key out... what.. this should be included in the price at no cost. I did need to get a few copies made but I am going to Lowes where I can have an actual person use a key cutter at a far cheaper price and have pretty much the same selection with out having to pay $5-10 more than what your basic to get one with a design. Designs may not be neccessary but are fun and if you have multiple house keys it helps keep them seperate as to which key goes to which door... the house, the shed, my adult kids house and my house key for my adult children, we all have pets and sometimes have to get in during vacations or emergencies. I do like the convienience, the actual process was not that long. And it says it can print any key but it could not print a key for my truck even though it advertises it can print any type of key.
