- ENElizabeth NelsonApr 19, 20264.0No place of business is perfect. My positive experiences at this store far outweigh the small, negative ones. I believe people make the difference. When assistance was needed concerning a pricing discrepancy between signage and an end sale date, the associate was polite and contacted a supervisor who was kind enough to honor the sale price. It wasn’t just that we saved money or got what we wanted, their attitudes were friendly and professional. We also appreciated the efforts of Amber and her Supervisor, Tyler ( sure hope I remembered their names correctly) dealing with specific needs when purchasing and picking up a grill. Again, watching them take the extra time to assist and inform us was appreciated. They went above and beyond what was expected. I am of the opinion that good help is hard to find, and becoming a rarity in the world of retail and customer service. Happy to know there are still people who care about what they do and how well they do it. It makes a difference.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
