They just lost 2 customers for life over not wanting to cut a board, because “they don’t help with projects” (according to the employee). You know who would help? Home Depot across the street! We had one 10’ board that needed 2 cuts. They could only do one cut. Then, they said they could do it and made us wait about 10 min only for the manager (Tyler) to call the cashier back and say we can carry the cut board down to customer service and get a refund. Worst experience! We’ll never be back, and that’s a shame. We’ve both spent a lot of $$ over the years at this Lowe’s.

Yesterday I needed to get a treated board to put under the leveling jacks of my motorhome, so I stopped at Lowe's but they said they wouldn't cut it to the 2 foot lengths I needed, they would only cut it in half to fit in my car. I am in a motorhome, I have no way to cut the board to the sizes I need unless I use a pocket knife or kitchen knife! I even told the man I am in a motorhome and have no way to cut the board, he said they don't do that anymore, so I said fine, I will go to Home Depot then across the street. And I did, they actually treated me like a valued customer at HomeDepot, unlike the response I got at Lowe's!
Thank you for your response, but unfortunately I also have a sister in this area that had the same issue just over a week ago at this same location. So sad that the service has been apparently taken out of customer service here.

Still waiting on my carpet installation. I will NEVER use Lowe’s again. I’ve called three different times and only get the same run-around with no resolution. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
