Home Depot across the street! We had one 10’ board that needed 2 cuts. They could only do one cut. Then, they said they could do it and made us wait about 10 min only for the manager (Tyler) to call the cashier back and say we can carry the cut board down to customer service and get a refund. Worst experience! We’ll never be back, and that’s a shame. We’ve both spent a lot of $$ over the years at this Lowe’s.

I am in a motorhome, I have no way to cut the board to the sizes I need unless I use a pocket knife or kitchen knife! I even told the man I am in a motorhome and have no way to cut the board, he said they don't do that anymore, so I said fine, I will go to Home Depot then across the street. And I did, they actually treated me like a valued customer at HomeDepot, unlike the response I got at Lowe's! Thank you for your response, but unfortunately I also have a sister in this area that had the same issue just over a week ago at this same location. So sad that the service has been apparently taken out of customer service here.
