Will never go bear again the first time I ever come to Lowes to buy something I get some shank nails for soffit and facia and about 50 percent of all nails in the box bend very first swing lowes you make and sell junk never will I ever buy something here again going back to home depot where they dont sell nails that bend .

Employee was great, she tried to find us the part we needed to replace the chain on our chainsaw. Unfortunately Lowes didn't have what we needed and it was a wasted trip. Bought on Amazon instead. If based on employee only, would have given 5 stars

I will do everything I can to not shop at this Lowe’s again! Went to the store twice for fence boards. First I was directed to where there were from lumber , I found the stack of boards where there was only about 20 but were all broken. So I asked where more would be since it said the store had 5,000+ not getting any answers I left. I came back a week later and the same boards were there. I asked someone moving stuff around in lawn and garden, they told me to ask the help desk, no one was there. I looked for another associate and she had no answers so she called someone over who also kept saying I should go back to lumber, or this and that and they went on for a good 10 minutes and I said never mind I’m going to Home Depot. Which they had more than I needed available and was about .60 cents cheaper per board.
