    Disheartening at best. Went through half of the store and no buggies were available - a clerk did ask if I needed assistance - i asked him to find a buggy for the multiple items I was carrying - he never did return. Also the bathroom accessories stock was very minimal. It's no wonder people are turning to amazon.

    I have to say Lowe's might be the absolute worst to ever deal with. I will be going to Hone Depot from now on. Paid a lot of money for a fence installation and lets start with the fence company. Almost no communication other than them telling me they had to push my installation back 2 days prior to it being installed. Already had time off and meetings scheduled for the next day at work. So no one was able to be home and the installer did not dig up any of the old fence posts just cut them down. And left them in the ground I had to go buy dirt to cover everything. Next the installer told me 3 times in a row they were coming the next day for certain and never showed. No communication at all telling me they weren't coming as I missed work and sat at home waiting. I had to call 2 of the days and they didn't answer so I called the installation department and they got a hold of the installer and said he was too busy with other projects. Guess my project that was already started wasn't good enough to finish. Then said he would show the next day and guess what? No show and no communication. Lowes installation department told me they'd call me the day after he said he was going to be there to make sure he came and they never called me back. I was supposed to get a call on tuesday about the project being wrapped up and they called me on Thursday. Yes, my project got finished but the amount of unprofessional behavior from both companies is absolutely ridiculous. I asked for compensation since my livelihood was affected by all of this and they told me best they can do is a $50 gift card that none of that qualifies. It was insulting. Had planned on using Lowes for some other projects but I will just give my money to Home Depot now. I hope that $50 gift card was worth losing the thousands more because they cannot make it right.

    This is hands down the absolute worst Lowes I've ever been to. Good luck getting an employee to greet you, ask you if you need any help, or even acknowledge your presence. I unfortunately had to go there 3 times this week for tools and materials for a project I'm working on and every time was a complete disappointment. Today was the final straw when I spent 45 minutes picking out all the wood I needed, just to find out they can't cut it to size for me because their saw has been down for 2 months according to the associate at the register. Its easy to figure out why people would rather order things online than have to deal with this type of poor customer service and frustration. From now on, I will travel the extra distance to go to a different Lowes if I ever have to buy anything from them again.

    Hello! Quick in, quick out. Some rearranging has happened: the self-checkout area has moved to be more aligned with doors. Friendly staff at the self-checkout, willing to help and happy to chat. Found what we came to buy!
