- BBBILLJul 15, 20181.0I honestly have no idea why I ever go here. They were on my way home today so I stopped to get a bottle of clarifier. Everyone in the store was all over me. "Do you need help?" "Nope I just need clarifier." I grabbed a bottle and went to the register. There was a customer in front of me who was buying a lot of stuff. The kid carried it out for her which took like 15 minutes. I stood there waiting. Every employee made eye contact but suddenly all of that help they offered was gone. The kid came back in and started talking to another employee and they just looked at me standing there with my 1 bottle of clarifier. Finally I just walked out and went to Austintown pools and was in and out in 2 minutes and I even saved a dollar. Austintown pools is cheaper, friendlier, faster and they don't sell Christmas lights either.
