The employees are friendly, helpful, and make shopping easy. Their plants and trees are healthy and well cared for, which makes the garden center one of my favorite parts of the store. Overall, it’s a great Lowe’s and I highly recommend it!

Ask a person form there for help in the mower area and he told me that wasn’t his department. He said let me Try and get the person who works here. Needless to say, no one ever came. Didn’t ever hear a page. Waited for 18 minutes. Said that was a quick way to blow someone off. Said the forget this. I guess they don’t want my money. Should have went to the beavercreek store. At least the give you the time of day there.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
