  I was cancelled yesterday then had to reschedule then I told the person bon the phone I wanted inside done too and out side I paying for both it would be nice if when I try too camm the office I don't have too talk to someone that's 3000 miles away. I gonna probably cancel since this company can't get there act straight.

There are absolutely people at Aptive who care about the well being of our pets, and while its frustrating that you don't get to speak to these people at their customer complaint center, its encouraging to know that the company will stick to their word and will address their customer's concerns. Thank you. ------ Review from 1/2/2026 The combination of chemicals that they use started to affect our dog. We were promised by the door-to-door salesman, Brazil, that we would be able to cancel our service without paying the cancellation fee on that basis that we were concerned with how our dog would react to it. Naturally when it came time to cancel, the customer service center would not honor the salesman's word.

  Biiiiig hassle to cancel! Never get into the contract. Sales promise you it’s free to cancel. But when you want to cancel, they don’t reply to your messages, don’t answer the call. Company doesn’t take responsibility for what their sales say. Reeeeally reeealy bad company!

  Jesse treated our property this time, he is always very professional and prepared. I have also had Key (Kelan) several times. Both of them text to let me know when they expect to arrive and then consult with me before getting started. They then let me know when they’re done, and send a text with everything that was completed and post treatment instructions. We have dogs and they both are always happy to see the dogs and provide instructions on keeping them safe around the treatments. This time it was extremely cold and windy and Jesse still showed up in good spirits as always! I’ve had bad experiences with service providers who come to my home, but these are some of my favorite professionals to work with. I have never had a bad experience with anyone from Aptive.
