- CNChelsea Newman3 days ago1.0This place is a complete scam. Signed up for services in July 2025. Called in February to cancel services. They told us we were in a contract and would have to pay a ridiculous amount of money to cancel early. Additionally, they would not accept notice for cancelation at the end of the contract until April. Called in April and now they are saying they cannot accept notice of cancelation until July or we can cancel now for a $200 cancelation fee. If the $200 cancelation were an option in February, I would have canceled services then. They just want to take as much money from you as possible, and want to make it as inconvenient as possible to cancel services whether you are in a contract or not.
