    No trouble with the purchase, but do not have them deliver appliances. When they were more than an hour overdue I had to call them because no one reached out to me. They have no GPS on the trucks, so they have no idea where the truck is. The only know how many more stops they have. My delivery window has turned into an 8 hour time. Horrible customer service on the phone with the first one. I had to call back and be transferred to the store for an answer.

    Incredibly poor customer service. Customer service button does not work in door area. Had to track down an employee who only ignored me. Never got to purchase what I wanted. Will not be back. Wish Wooster had a Menard’s.

    I had an amazing experience after stopping by the Wooster location about a week ago. Kayla put on a performance that was all killer and no filler in assisting me after having driven back to the store, realizing I left behind the chin-up bar I brought in to upgrade. She’s a total superstar and deserves each and every promotion I suspect she will rightfully score. I walked back into the store for my second visit that evening and was greeted by Stephen along with the remaining staff that collaboratively helped me during my first visit - not once but twice on finding the correct product. Stephen nearly nailed it on his first go but another helpful lady who is a tremendous asset to her team got it right in selecting screws after I brought in the product. My chin-up bar screws snapped when I over torqued them the first time – and that was terrifying as I did so by hand using no power tools. I weigh roughly 255 lbs so failing at the top of a rep would have resulted in not only a poor rep but a broken leg, considering I already have a titanium plate affixed to my right lateral fibula from a hiking accident I sustained on the apex of an 11,000 foot mountain in Colorado. The screws sold to me have a load bearing capacity of roughly 300 to 400 lbs while the original screws were underspecced after sustaining years of wear. Kayla eagerly trailed me as I walked out of the store on the first visit. I had already hopped into my car, as I frantically searched for the bar I had left at the front of the store, distracted by Kayla’s attempt to assist me as I fumbled at the register. The bar was nowhere to be found when I returned. Kayla’s colleagues worked hard to serve other customers in the interim but she stood by her registers patiently waiting for me as she stood next to my bar. I recommend both this store and the staff with absolutely zero reservations and it will be my hardware store of choice for all future home repairs. Without Kayla being there to save my bar, I would have left a bit down over the hours I spent reinforcing my equipment.
