Bought a washer/ dryer set, came back same day to pick up. Husband and i had to assist in loading it onto our truck. Started to leave with our items and a paid in full receipt. We were aggressively stopped and told we couldn't have the items. Lowes employees then proceeded to untie and remove the items from our vehicle. We then had to ask for our money back. We have called lowes corporate 2x and advised them of the situation and corporate advises they will call us back and have yet to receive a response. Very disappointed

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
