I had been walking around looking for a specific aisle number and I couldn’t find it so I walked up to the paint desk where there was an employee there and asked her if she knew where it was and her exact quote. “I’m sorry I cannot help you. I’m clocked out.” I was flabbergasted. And I said to her, “can you just point me in the direction of this aisle” and she said “I’m getting ready to leave” Then I said loud enough for many people around me to hear “are you serious? You’re not gonna help me because you clocked out” then I said “wow” and walked away. Then I heard “ma’am” and ignored her. Sometimes I have a short fuse and it was already lit because I couldn’t find this isle after walking around for many minutes. For as many times as I have shopped at this Lowe’s, I’ve always had great experiences and everyone is very helpful

Lol This one is for Matt also. He was in charge of the plant area today around 1:00 pm. I ended up asking someone to page him because I had a question about a certain plant, and the man stopped what he was doing and came straight to me. Usually when someone gets paiged...they take FOREVER. But not Matthew. And he gave me the answer I was hoping for with a smile on his face! He went above and beyond and i really do appreciate that. Would you tell him I plan on applying Feb. 28th and for him not to hire ANYONE else for the watering position? Lol I wouldn't mind working around a bunch of nice people everyday. And your store is filled with them! Thanks for reading!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
