    Probably the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my whole life. Absolutely terrible Customer Service. The entire experience made it so I will never shop at any Lowe’s store ever ever again

    I came in today searching for stain to refurbish a small table. Bob was kind enough to not only help us find the product but go over all the different options: what works best and gave us a in depth tutorial on what to look out for, and how to use the product. His customer service was outstanding and is a great representation of what quality and efficiency mean. He made our experience great! He deserves recognition! We appreciate you Bob!     I ordered a washer and dryer, plus parts, plus haul away….. they didn’t haul away my items. And I didnt notice because they placed them behind my home. Then customer service said why didn’t I say anything… maybe because I thought they hauled them away.

    I am so disgusted, I should file a discrimination complaint against this store. I ordered my husband a new snowblower for Christmas this year and chose the free assembly / pickup option. The confirmation email had to option to add an "alternate pickup person" but every time I tried to click on it, it failed to bridge over to my order and allow me to list him as the pickup person. I tried logging in, downloading the app and everything, and no matter what the system did not recognize the order for whatever reason - maybe because it was placed recently online?So, I forwarded my husband the confirmation email and even printed out the receipt, and sent him to pick it up without me because I am at home with our newborn daughter - and the Snowblower would not fit in the car with all of us in it. He was so excited about this gift by the way (that we spent almost $1500 for!! ). Well, I am disgusted to learn what happened when he arrived at the store. Keep in mind that my husband is Black. He showed up with the confirmation email on his phone and a paper copy of the receipt AND his drivers license that has the same last name and address as me, his wife who placed the order. And yet, the older white woman working at this location gave him a hard time and was not going to let him pick up the Snowblower. She insisted it was store policy and refused to help him!!! Listen, if you are going to claim it's store policy, then you better make sure YOUR SYSTEM allows customers to actually add an alternate pickup person!! This was a Lowe's IT issue which my husband (who is the sweetest guy on earth) tried to explain, yet this woman chose to instead degrade him and refuse to help. It took another employee stepping in to ensure he was assisted. While I'm glad the higher level employee got things taken care of, and helped him load it in our SUV, I am still so disgusted and heart broken at how that older white woman treated my sweet husband. Is management at this store really okay with racism in 2025?!? Do so much better.
