    I needed a new faucet & it took me over an hour to make a decision. During that time I was assisted by two different employees who were professional & helpful. Once I chose a faucet (plus a dog bed I DIDN'T need but couldn't pass on), I went to check out. The self checkout lane only had 1 customer there compared to the regular lines, so I decided to use one. Immediately when I approached the register, an employee stepped in front of me, blocking my access to the register, rang in my items, quickly navigated the screens & only allowed me to touch the register when it was time to pay. While paying, I noticed 3 other customers had started to check out, however the employee didn't intervene & allowed them to self checkout without interruption or additional surveillance dressed up as 'customer service.' This interaction upset me to the point that I contemplated returning the items that took up a good portion of my morning to choose!! I even went back inside to observe how this employee interacted with other customers to confirm what I felt was valid but another woman was now working the self checkout area, assisting customers AS NEEDED, not forced!! Almost all of my experiences at this location have been pleasant, so I won't allow one apple to spoil the bunch, HOWEVER if I experience this kind of treatment again I will be letting that employee know exactly I feel immediately!!

    Good customer service, handy n helpfull shopping experiance and shopping carts for any items in there store. No blocked walkway to get thru there store,clean flooring even on rainy days.

    Edit: talked with RALPH the store manager and he seems to have his own set of policies i asked for a copy of return policy and he said he didn't have one. I tried to educate him on their policy but he kept making up his own and when asked to show me in the policy where it says what he is saying he just gets argumentative and says if you want to be right then your right. This is not just a policy issue this is a false advertising issue. I am well within the policy that's stated in store and online. The item I puchased was not on clearance when purchased. I tried to return the item same day even though I have 365 days to return with mylowes card. He also states he can deny ANY return for ANY reason. (Not in return policy) He also states they do not allow return on ANY clearance items (not in return policy). I said that's wrong the only items that are final are the ones marked final sale or unless noted in the return policy on the certain items outlined in the policy. It is crazy to have a store manager who does not even know the corporate store policy this isn't make your own local store policy lowes. I urge anyone if this store denies a return and you are within return policy to file a dispute with your credit card company and contact the state of Ohio attorney generals office for false advertising. Note another store employee returned the items with no issue. After that I confronted DANNY the manager said he LIED on the return and changes the reason for return to marked them as damaged so the vendor would tell them to dispose of after the original employee returned as new unused Very unprofessional The wild wild west of lowes stores , they think they can do what ever they want and not follow the lowes policy. I was denied return by DANNY a manager of items i puchased the same day and was told to return to another lowes store because willoughby lowes did not want to take the loss because they put item on clearance. New un used un opened items READ YOUR POLICY you can return items at ANY lowes store across the US. An online customer representative supervisor even agreed you guys are not doing what you're supposed to and he is filing a complaint against this store because of this. Remember you are not the owners you do not decide POLICY. This is also false advertising stating you can return items to any lowes. This store needs better management, I will be making all my large purchases elsewhere.
