  Dont waste your time calling they have a company that schedules for them so youll be waiting 2 weeks just to ask a simple question..

  Good tree removal services; provided excellent arborist information about the spruce tree I wanted removed, and removed it without damage of any kind to my property. It did, however, take about two weeks to remove the tree logs from my tree lawn, and the person who grounded the stump did not fully clean up or flatten the ground where the tree stood, but left the dirt and wood chips in a pile. Just a rake over would have helped. However, I would use this company again for any future tree issues.

  The crew, John, Tommy, and David were very efficient and polite. They accomplished all agreed upon tasks and worked diligently untill completed. They meticulously cleaned up the area, leaving the yard much cleaner than prior to their arrival. The conversations with scheduling were always polite and the arborist was very knowledgeable.

  I had my tree removed by your company yesterday. From Valeri coming out and explaining everything to me to your crew removing, I can't say enough great things! The crew consisted of Kevin, (foreman) Steve, Sage, and Davez. They were the nicest, most considerate, and skilled workers I could ask for! My tree was in a bad spot, with a pool and fence near. They took their time, and were very cautious of surroundings. They were all extremely nice, which is a definite plus! I will recommend your company with great confidence in the future! Thank you!

  This Company provided excellent service. I called in the middle of the night during a thunderstorm as the company advertised 24 /7 service. Sure enough, Matt answered the phone and took down all of my details. He asked me for pics right away. He texted later that night and said they would be out first thing in the morning. The arborist, Alex, was at my house by 7:45 AM. He was extremely patient with my questions and thoroughly explained what needed to be done. He sent me a quote within an hour and a half. A second tree service also quoted me the same morning and they were $400 more than Premier's quote. Premier came right out and removed the tree. They did a great job of cleanup. They didn’t leave any debris, branches bark, etc. I got a text in an email following up when the job was complete with a link to pay the invoice. They entire experience was seamless.
