- DVDoris ValenteMar 10, 20265.0Last Friday I went to my storage unit to bring in crates. I got into the unit with no issues, I hung the lock on the door as I always do, I lift the door and must of went higher than normal. Somehow the lock came off the slider. When I was ready to leave I pull down the door and I have no lock!!!! Now in full panic mode I go to the office where I believe it was Heather came to my assistance immediately. She had to get a ladder, but she went to such an effort to assist me, she found the lock ( it was my husbands from Jr High) I was very impressed. I believe Heather is in management, but what an example to the rest of the staff on how to provide great customer service.
