The issue I encountered was the increase of my monthly rate after a few months which practically doubled. Nicole was kind enough to lower it to an amount that was feasible for me. It does not make sense though that the lock that only fits in their storage door is not refunded and taken back after you move out. I have two sets of keys & two locks that will never be used again. I’m not even sure how much I paid for them. The least they could do is reuse them for the next person renting that unit.
