Good luck trying to talk to someone there know one ever answers the phone. Waited one time 25 minutes of just ringing, that’s unacceptable, everyone at that store should be let go. You would be better just to order from Home Depot. Never had a problem with them.

Needed a couple of 14.5" cuts for the lumber to fit in my vehicle, took 25 minutes to find a person who can work the saw and then when they arrived said sorry, I can only make one cut.

Have had many customer issues over the years and this was the final straw. Long story short, needed a washer, ask employee to check stock , they answer we have 3 , pay for washer, go get truck, after 20 minutes at service desk "we don't have any, we can have it delivered to your house in 3 days from Columbus " , refund me my money, " OK, no problem, you'll just have to wait 8 days. Absolute worst. A complete joke of a store. DO BETTER. Canceling all my lowes accounts, including PRO.
- MHMegan HornerMar 27, 20261.0I would recommend double checking any in-stock claims at this location. We bought and paid for a washer today after being told by an associate that three were in stock. We went home to grab our truck, but when we returned, we were made to wait 45 minutes just to be told they didn't have it. Dealing with a broken washer at home is stressful enough without being sold an item the store doesn't actually have. They offered a Monday delivery, but that didn't help our immediate need. We ended up getting a refund (which I have to wait 7 to 10 days on) and going to Rich TV, where they actually had what we needed. Very poor inventory management and communication.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
