- GWGhaleb Wahdan2 days ago5.0Extra Space Storage in Westlake Ohio is truly an exceptional facility: being climate controlled, brand new, having large bays where you can back your car into and unload with ease, etc. I have never stored goods at a storage facility and I was worried the process would be tedious and unreasonably expensive. However, upon entering Extra Space Storage in Westlake, I was immediately greeted by Nate. Nate gave me a tour of the facility, explained to me their hours, showed me potential available units, showed me how to work the loading bay garages, etc. Nate then proceeded to asssit me in leasing a storage unit, showed me how to work their google app which allows you to access the building with ease, and made the WHOLE ENTIRE PROCESS EASY. If you were thinking about getting a storage unit make sure you come to this location and ask for Nate, he will make the process smooth like butter for you and this location tends to be more competitively priced compared to others (I called around and compared).

- BCBobby CarbeniaFeb 26, 20265.0I was here just the other day and just had to leave a review regarding my experience with Nate, I believe he said he was the store manager? It wasn’t hard to see why, he made the process easy and helped make recommendations until we found the perfect unit for my exact needs! Gosh I could’ve kissed the little fella after the service I receive, I’m talking tongue it was that good of a service. Without him I would’ve never found such a clean well kept space to store my golfing equipment and back up terrariums for my exotic collection of boa constrictors and boa scarves. Really anything boa. Nate’s service was excellent and it’s hard to find that quality of service at my age anymore, I can’t recommend this place enough!
