What really stood out was how engaging and kind he was with our 7-month-old while we were making decisions, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I looked around the store and sat on a few of the couches while I waited for help from one of the three at the counter. While waiting I got reprimanded for touching some blocks that one would assume are there for customers to figure out the arrangement of furniture. After that and not the slightest bit of help I left the store and bought elsewhere.

He told us a little bit about how the couches could be redesigned to fit the occasion and how the covers could be taken off and washed. He gave us time and space to talk about what we were thinking and we decided to buy one. He went over the options and promotions they were having and we made our purchase. Great experience overall.
