Never have I ever had such a wonderful experience, he listened, he was efficient , courteous, kind and understanding. Once I explained everything he got right to the solution and got back to me within an hour. Not only that, lets talk about the cleanliness of this facility they get an 11 on a one to 10 scale. The restroom you can eat off of the floor. The location of my unit inside the building is so convenient. Every aspect of my experience with this extra space facility has been absolutely amazing! Thank you extra space for being so awesome. (Snow road parma, Ohio)
