I again need temporary storage with a smaller unit, so I did not hesitate to go back to Extra Space Storage. Chris, the manager is extremely professional, detailed oriented prides himself on the cleanliness of the units, explained everything in detail including price difference for floors, staff hours, opening hours, app usage, temperature settings etc.

I put in 14 day notice online and I didn't realize that I had to call to ask to pay prorated rate. I didn't get a notification like customer service people said so I pre-paid in full amount and I didn't get a prorated refund like other storage units do.
