  My Bosch dishwasher was under the Costco 2 yr warranty. Bosch referred me to Appliance Man. I called and scheduled an appointment. Texted the scheduler a photo of the model number and serial number to make sure that the service call and repairs would be covered by Bosch. Service technician was very nice and knowledgeable. When he diagnosed the problem and told me what was needed, he then told me that they didn't show the unit under warranty and I would have to pay for the repair. I declined since the unit is under warranty. I was made to pay $180.00 for the service call. After I has sent a photo of the serial number and they couldn't verify warranty, they should have reached out to me in advance.
