So called X-Terminator because local people in Grove City recommended this company. Then he assessed over the phone, quoted me a price (with a guarantee to return at no extra charge if this did not work) and showed up in a few hours. They were gone in a day and have not returned. And I appreciated that he called later that week to check in. I also appreciated that I could get clarification on where and how he would spray so I could protect the pollinators in our backyard. Really positive experience and I am really hard to please. I'm picky and I like to do things myself. But this was the best money I have spent all year. It was affordable too. Thanks!!!
