This store is AMAZING!! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Wes in the appliance/cabinet department was exceptionally amazing as he spent a long time to help me find a product to repair my daughter’s dishwasher rack outside of his department. He was very friendly and pleasant. Lowe’s is very lucky to have him as their employee. He definitely increases the value of the store.

I had gone there to get a new oven because old blew up when I was making dinner. We needed an oven that day. The associate there went out of way to help me fine an oven in our price range and we could pick up that day. The associate found an open box oven. I love my new oven and really appreciate the help.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
