I Will NEVER shop there again. My 5 year old son and I were there picking up some supplies and went back out to my truck and found out I needed a jump. I had jumper cables and everything, just needed someone to help me out with a car to jump from. EIGHT employees were asked by a manager for help and ALL of them said no. My son and I had to sit out in my non running truck in the middle of December for an hour waiting on a jump from my brother. HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I can't imagine not helping someone out with something so simple. Let alone, a store that size should have a jumper pack on site for issues like this anyway.

This is a general review on an online purchase from Lowes. I tried to cancel an online order and was told it was not possible and I would have to physically return it to a Lowes location. Sm now a FORMER customer of Lowes. They need to learn from Amazon.

This store is AMAZING!! The staff are so friendly and very helpful. Wes in the appliance/cabinet department was exceptionally amazing as he spent a long time to help me find a product to repair my daughter’s dishwasher rack outside of his department. He was very friendly and pleasant. Lowe’s is very lucky to have him as their employee. He definitely increases the value of the store.
