  Extremely frustrating experience. I made multiple attempts over several weeks to cancel my storage unit after vacating it, including sending photos and calling several times. Despite all my efforts, I received no follow-up—only a new bill for the month I had already vacated. Still no response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Stay away!

  Suggestion update your web page, says you open up at 9am, well thats wrong, got here just 15 minutes before 9am , see small , and I mean small sign on door say Saturday 10 am open, that's not very good customer service, but then guess maybe you all don't care
