- EEethan4 days ago1.0I had an uncomfortable experience at the Lowe’s on Martins drive during a recent visit. While I was being helped, a staff member (Andy if i remember correctly) made a personal comment towards my minor daughter (told her he thought she was beautiful with her clearly being a child) that felt inappropriate and made both of us uneasy. I believe employees should maintain professional boundaries at all times, especially when interacting with children. I hope management addresses this and reinforces proper conduct with staff.
- JJJayApr 29, 20264.0This location is a great place to shop. I recommend the store. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If something is not installed or done correctly they fix it. My favorite hardware store. Thanks for a job well done. I know this manager is at corporate now. His name is Eric I give him a 5 star help fix an install issue and got it fixed in a quick turn around.

Needed drywall it was 8$ for a little 2foot by 2foot but 12$ for a full size tried to get help to cut it down to fit in my car I understand you cant us the saw table. But saying women shouldn't be in Lowes was uncalled for. And the casher asking if mom and me are a couple was not right it was funny for a moment because we get asked if we are sisters but not couples after hearing both of that makes me believe this is not female friendly or LGBT.

This last visit was enough to make me write a review. we've always gotten help at the store if we needed it but never like we did this weekend. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he worked in the grills and patio furniture. He had a veteran logo on his vest and a shaved head. He was the nicest, most helpful person I have ever had. He did more than just his job. He was personable and really helped us get everything we needed and offered his opinion on the products and gave us great advice for the griddle we purchased. We took our stuff home and came right back to buy patio furniture and he helped us again! He really impressed us and we appreciated all his help!!!!!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
