    Delivered fridge 4 times doors uneven (couldn't be adjusted)told me after 4th time I could either except percentage off or have them take fridge back and give me a full refund and leave me with no refrigerator (my original refrigerator was destroyed) I don't know how lowes stays in business and you're a fool if you buy appliances from them also canceled $3300 flooring order and building manager Courtney said go ahead she didn't care

    Huge thank you to the team at Lowes on Springboro Pike! Every time I shop here, I walk away impressed, but today was next level. Brian Douglas from corporate and Jeff, the Customer Service Manager, are the definition of customer focused professionals. They consistently go out of their way to help, solve problems fast, and make sure you leave taken care of. You can tell they genuinely take pride in serving people the right way, and that says everything about the culture they’re building there. Thank you both again for your help earlier today. This is exactly why this is my go-to Lowe’s.

    This is an update to my last review. Everyone at the store was great, BUT we have had nothing, but problems with receiving our fridge. First off we've been delayed for various reasons for almost two weeks. They show up tonight to install our fridge and tell us that they can't do it because the fridge was supposed to be removed including the water lines. Nobody from Lowe's or the contractors told us that. They also never informed us that we had to have our cooper lines replaced to something else before they could install. This is terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The guys trying to do the install were great, but the ball was dropped by the people in between. We now have a leaking fridge, paid for a brand new, and now are going to be waiting God knows how long. This makes me never want to use Lowe's again.

    Lowe’s rhymes with NO! Customer service non existent. Couldn’t find one person to help with a custom order. Pushed the call button 3 times. Finally went to customer service desk and waited in line behind one man for 15 minutes without either of us being acknowledged. Management needs to get a clue. Taking my business to Home Depot.
