Brian Douglas from corporate and Jeff, the Customer Service Manager, are the definition of customer focused professionals. They consistently go out of their way to help, solve problems fast, and make sure you leave taken care of. You can tell they genuinely take pride in serving people the right way, and that says everything about the culture they’re building there. Thank you both again for your help earlier today. This is exactly why this is my go-to Lowe’s.

First off we've been delayed for various reasons for almost two weeks. They show up tonight to install our fridge and tell us that they can't do it because the fridge was supposed to be removed including the water lines. Nobody from Lowe's or the contractors told us that. They also never informed us that we had to have our cooper lines replaced to something else before they could install. This is terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. The guys trying to do the install were great, but the ball was dropped by the people in between. We now have a leaking fridge, paid for a brand new, and now are going to be waiting God knows how long. This makes me never want to use Lowe's again.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
