Don't buy from Lowe's! Bought dishwasher and paid for installation and took a month to get installer to show up.The installers have horrible reviews and I see why! He showed up and said he couldn't do it cause he's not a plumber.so I had plumber come out and hook up plumbing like they said for me to do. Now they say they don't level and square up. So they don't hook it up and they don't level and square it up,,so what do they do! They have horrible reviews so now I know why!! Don't buy appliances from Lowe's! Plus they double charged me for the 5 year warranty!!!!

Lowes has made Me a Home Depot customer for life after the experiences we’ve had with purchasing four new appliances. we purchased our appliances on November 22 and we are still waiting on our dishwasher and microwave to be installed almost 2 months later. We had to start making payments on the appliances and we don’t even have all of them yet. We have made 10 trips to the store to try to get our Situation resolved. An employee actually told us that the managers at this location in Miamisburg Ohio have no sense of urgency, especially during the holiday season. We received our oven and refrigerator within the first week of ordering two weeks later they were supposed to have been out to install our dishwasher in microwave, but they called and said the dishwasher had a dent and they would re-order a new one. The next week we hadn’t heard anything back we went back to Lowes and they had not even ordered us a new dishwasher. Then the one they ordered, which was A replacement was it available any longer. So then we had to go back in and order a different dishwasher and the next week we went back in because we hadn’t heard anything and they had forgot to order it finally after numerous visits and calls we were told they’re gonna deliver it January 13 almost 2 months later. I used to swear by Lowes, but I will never ever go back there again, and I will do my best to let as many people know the kind of experience that we’ve had here.
