    Purchased a microwave online. Wouldn't take my Lowes card so I put it on my debit card not knowing they would take it out immediately. Not being delivered until middle of December. Very disappointed. Paying for something I don't have yet

    Would not recommend pro center. Railings for deck project were not ordered by staff with the rest of the material. Didn't find out until a month later. Staff ordered wrong colored composite fascia boards. Was told over phone by staff member they'd replace with correct color and I'd get a refund on boards for inconvenience but when I tried to get the refund the store manager was conveniently "unavailable" each time I called. One time a staff member even hung up on me. Finally received the boards in winter (too cold to cut), wasn't until summer of next year we finally finished project. Couldn't return extra board because it was so late.

    John C in plumbing provided the worst customer service I ever seen looking for a faceplate and shower handle in black for my shower and showed him the picture of how the shape is where it secures says I can’t help you and walked away never even looked or tried to help

    This is the worst Lowe's I have ever been to. We waited over an hour and a half to get our lumber and this place is not even busy this is absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst service I have ever gotten. You don't even deserve a star
