Access is easy and we appreciate the cart to get items moved inside and up to unit. Robert was thorough, professional, patient, and appeared to be absolutely committed to me as a customer. He discussed with me my storage and payment options, and found the perfect solution to my storage needs. As I did my part of the transaction online, Robert remained there with me on the phone ensuring that everything went properly and smoothly (which it did go). Kudos the Robert for his outstanding customer service. I was immediately contacted by Ms. Terry at the storage site to welcome me, explain the next steps, and ensured that my questions were answered and then gave me directions to the facility. When I arrived, Ms. Terry was waiting for me, with EVERYTHING prepared for an efficient and easy check in. She walked me to my storage space and made sure that I was situated and that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. OUTSTANDING customer service! Needless to say, I’m very, very happy to do business with Extra Space Storage and I’m also extremely well satisfied with their customer service.
