We ordered a washer and dryer and a fridge over a month ago. They gave us a specific date so we removed our fridge and washer and dryer when they expected to have it delivered. They asked us to have the area clear and ready. Here we are the day of. Its 8:30pm it was supposed to be delivered by the latest of 1pm. This was disappointing when we spent thousands of dollars. It has been a month to get prepared but still without my washer and dryer and fridge when I was promised.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
