  I did have a 5 star rating. But I've decided to change it after my last encounter with this company. The first time I used them, they were supposed to be at my house at 1 p.m. Supposedly the cleaner got behind and couldn't make it, so the owner himself came to clean at 3:45 which only gave 1 hour and 15 minutes cause they're done at 5. Which I thought was nice at first, but it took one of my rooms of my cleaning list. Which kinda sucked but I overlooked it. Fast forward to last Friday when my cleaner was supposed to be here at 9 a.m. I had to go to work for a bit and my dog is a rescue and can be mean around other people. So I put him in with my son while he was sleeping. 10:15 a.m. rolls around and my son calls me and says no one is there can he let my dog out cause hes whining and he can't sleep. So I text them. No response. I call. Voicemail. I leave a message. Never get a call back. Finally I text again and tell them to just cancel the appointment because I can't leave the dog locked up all day. No response. To this day I have heard NOTHING back from them. Sad thing is I work for a property managment company and was looking forward to possibly having a new earning company to work with for our company also. Yeah, not happening now. 😡👎😡

  Maid Pop is absolutely amazing! They’re flexible with scheduling, honest with pricing, and the mother–daughter team who cleans my 2,500 sq ft home is wonderful. They leave everything spotless and even show love to my pup June while I’m out. I’m so grateful for their reliable, caring service—truly the best!

  The staff worked as a team. They paid attention to detail and completed their assignments as professionals. They arrived on time and I might add personable .
