I call customer service and the lady tried to cancel it for me and it wouldn't give her the option either so now I have to go through hoops to get my money back for this. This is very sneaky and unprofessional! Always check your order details to make sure they aren't sneaking other things in there and charging you for it!!!

I was willing to accept store credit which I find to be very reasonable so I went into the store and I spoke with the person at the return counter about returning this item They told me that it would go back on the person who purchased the items credit card I had asked for store credit or even an exchange for another item , and they weren’t able to do anything about it as I proceeded to thank them for what they did and call back the next day. I was redirected to multiple different people and asked to speak with the Store manager store manager wasn’t in so I asked for the assistant manager. The manager that answered the phone was extremely rude and terse with me she would constantly interrupt me and not let me speak my mind. I went to another store to try and return the item, and I was given the same answer and I want to know why I’m not able to return an item that was gifted to me with a receipt without it going back onto their without it going back on the credit card. I think this policy needs to be changed.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
