I went to home depot first, and no one helped me.And they were rude. So I came to lowe's. I am now a lowe's fan. Several different employees offered help just from seeing me wander around. I will definitely go there from now on. The prices were cheaper than the other place also.

Went in and purchased a few florescent bulbs and not one worker approached or greeted me to ask if I needed help with anything. Some lady just walked up to me talking about rain gutter cleaning and replacement but I eventually found what I was looking for since I brought a burnt out bulb with me to match what I previously had. Still a good hardware store but some people would actually like to be greeted cause you never know when someone is really not a people person that they will feel more comfortable being approached asking if you need help with anything.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
