  Update - 1/28/26 - After 4 phone calls, 3 emails, 2 times of requesting a refund and never having the first one processed, and being told I couldn’t get a refund until I received the keys the second time, 3 supposed shipments later, I FINALLY RECEIVED THE KEYS I ORDERED 4 MONTHS AND 19 DAYS AGO 🎉🎉 Update - 1/18/26 - 4 months after I initially ordered the keys. On Monday January 12th I called MinuteKey customer service to request a refund since it’s clear I will never receive the keys I ordered. Was told I would have the refund credited back to my account within 7-10 days, so should have it by 1/22. I also emailed the email address that I was told to contact below . I emailed them on 1/12 as well and never received a response from them. Use caution if you order keys through this company. I went to this kiosk to order my keys and they did not have the design I wanted at the kiosk so I was informed that they would be shipped to my home address once I completed my order. I ordered them on September 9th at the kiosk, I received an email from Minute Key on September 11th that the keys had been shipped. When I clicked on the “track my order” button an error popped up that said no tracking was provided. I called Minute Key’s customer service on September 22nd because I had not received the keys. They informed me I would receive them within the next week. I never received the keys. I called again on October 6th and they asked if I wanted a refund or wanted new keys shipped to me. I told them it would be great if I could get my keys. They told me they had requested them to be re-shipped, confirmed my address, etc. and that I would receive them in 7-10 days. I called again today, November 11th, two months after my initial order, 4 keys later, to ask where my 4 keys now are. The person could not tell me what happened and said I would be contacted by the team in a few minutes. I was never contacted by the team. Had I known it would be such a hassle to have the keys shipped to me I wouldn’t have bothered and would have just picked a different design available at the kiosk. This is crazy that there are potentially 2 sets of keys now either floating around somewhere or that never shipped in the first place. It shouldn’t take 60+ days to receive some keys.
