I spent 20 minutes in the molding section and left with nothing. It was difficult to even determine what they had because of the lack of organization and labeling. THEN I WENT TO LOWES! 😀 The molding section was neatly organized with similar slots as the other place, but everything was in its place, from narrower widths to wider. The labels were on every slot with small drawings and photos of the items and the dimensions in clear, large type. Bravo!

- TTToledoOct 21, 20253.0New management. Lousy floor employees. We visited this location early in the morning (10ish) a few weeks back ready to order about $5K in bathroom remodel hardware. The first two guys we saw chatting it up, when asked if they could help the response was (jokingly) "You don't want us to help if you want the order correct". They contacted some one else. This person could write the order up, but didn't work the department and couldn't answer any questions. He said we had to wait for the department guy to come in and he was late that morning. We sat around for 15 minutes, then left and ordered the same items from a competitor. Today, I went in by myself, walked back to the same department to pick up a couple things, walked past an employee in the center main aisle, he was on his phone, looked up at me and looked back at his phone. A few minutes later he was in another aisle helping others and I asked the group where something in that area was, two of them shrugged their shoulders and the dude that was on his phone earlier, just pointed to the back. This store will go the way of Forest City and all the others before them that hire talentless help that stand around and collect a paycheck. The most helpful and most pleasant employees in this store are the ones up front, helping at checkout. Always pleasant, always helpful.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
