Lowe's customer service is an absolute joke. Do not order online they lose orders or they misplace them. I will either do my business at Home Depot or my local hardware store. Absolute nightmare.

While visiting Toledo went to buy new appliances for my parents and we had the worst experience shopping there. Not only the woman in the appliance department refused to attend to us, she called someone else after giving us the nastiest attitude because I was talking to my mother in our native language. Not only did she called someone else she then proceed to called at another lady and pointed at us while giving us dirty looks. We ignored her because the person helping us was very helpful and nice. But it was obvious to us that she was racist and had a problem with us being there. Shame on you for hiring people like that.
