Not only the woman in the appliance department refused to attend to us, she called someone else after giving us the nastiest attitude because I was talking to my mother in our native language. Not only did she called someone else she then proceed to called at another lady and pointed at us while giving us dirty looks. We ignored her because the person helping us was very helpful and nice. But it was obvious to us that she was racist and had a problem with us being there. Shame on you for hiring people like that.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
