The salesman Jacob did a great job. Only been there a few Weeks never dealt with the LaBoy credit card before so I had to ask for help which was great guy helping him which was the manager. Should know that you can use the La-Z-Boy card to pay the whole bill not have to use a separate card to put 30% down when I said something, the manager said that synchrony bank is the one that set up this when I called synchrony they told me that the guy can use it for the whole bill. That’s what it’s for they would rather not lose the money to somebody else.

Lazy Boy was the only furniture store that would move my existing couch and chair to the garage. Appliance Center and Ashley Furniture would not. As a senior citizen, this is a big deal. All of my friends are in their 70's and my kids live 100 miles away.

tried to return a chair i had purchased day before. It was not comfortable and not the same chair i sat in. Invoice was stamped “final” which per the small print meant it was not returnable. Shame on me i didn’t read it. Saleman just told me to sign and initial, but with no explanation of the no return policy. Manager ended up letting me take the chair i sat in in the store as my only option. I was so upset i just wanted no more to do with lazyboy( after 20+ years buying chairs there). As i had no other option i took his offer and exchanged the chair. I will never buy lazyboy again. interestingly, sales guy walked right past me when we came back without even looking me in the eye. Real professional. BTW….after sitting in the chair i brought home for an evening, I found it pretty uncomfotable. Might give it to charity and start over. But certainly no more lazyboys.
